Utilities, Setup & Curfew
- Our kitchen features a fridge and stove ONLY. Hosts must bring all pots, plates, cups, and utensils.
- Gas Utility Fee ($10,000): Mandatory flat fee covers all gas setups for the generator and kitchen.
- Moving Furniture: You must bring your own crew to move venue layout items or decor. You must return everything to exactly how you found it.
- The venue and kitchen must be left completely clean.
- A security deposit is required on event day to clear against damages, uncollected garbage, or overtime issues.
- Curfew: All events must end by 11:00 PM sharp. Not a single minute over.

Venue Rules & Booking Restrictions
- No Tables & Chairs Provided: The promotional package offers a completely blank space canvas. Hosts must bring or separately lease all tables, seating, and event service staff.
- Mandatory Security Deposit: A refundable J$20,000 security deposit must be paid in full prior to kickoff.
- Hard Curfew & Cleanliness: Events must conclude by 11:00 PM. Failure to clear by curfew or return the space cleanly causes immediate security deposit forfeiture.
- Structural Integrity Protection: Absolutely no drilling or nailing into floors or board railings.
- Strict Staining & Hazard Exclusions: Zero tolerance for fireworks, special fire effects, paints, or staining dyes.
- Strict Firearm Ban: Absolutely no firearms are allowed on the property at any time by hosts, guests, or vendors.
- Heavy-Duty Appliance Restraints: High-draw hardware (commercial warming ovens, food trucks) cannot draw from venue grids; hosts must explicitly arrange independent external generators.
- Mandatory Transit Logistics: Events exceeding 30 attendees must use organized group shuttles, carpooling, or internal transit. Neighboring roadside shoulder parking is strictly prohibited.
- Commercial Licensing Mandate: Ticketed or public events must supply municipal approvals and amusement licenses to venue management 5 days beforehand.
- Swimming Pool Disclaimer: The pool area is completely unmonitored with no lifeguard on standby. Liability rests entirely with the host.
- Decorum Standards: No adult explicit entertainment, nude parties, or vulgar/lewd music playlists are permitted out of neighborhood respect.
